The six day tour has a total ride distance of 393km with a whopping 8,345m of elevation; with the worst bits of the latter flattened by the Fazua Evation system on the Lappiere hire bikes. Inspired Italy will also hand guests a Hammerhead Karoo GPS unit, and all your luggage is transported from one hotel to the next, all of which are booked and taken care for you as part of the package. The trip starts and finishes at the Villa di Piazzano in Cortona, with stops at small family-run hotels and country houses along the way.
Riders will wind through Montepulciano, Siena, Chianti and Trattoria with epic Tuscan Views along the way, and each day will include about three to four hours of riding.
Prices start from £1,560 per person, including up to six days of riding, bed and breakfast or half board accommodation, a Lapierre e-road bike and GPS for all ride days and 24/7 support via Whatsapp from the tour guides.
