Scottish government make an extra £700,000 available to help people buy e-bikes

Good idea in that the people buying electric bikes are generally better off and more likely to use a big car, so getting them on an e-bike is more likely to cut co2 and N pollutants . However , the very poor than cannot afford such bikes even after subsidies are being passed by . Some help to them to get an e bike to maybe commute to job interviews, or hopefully jobs, would be welcome
