This is all well and good for these tiny vehicles that weigh a few kilos and on which the rider will come to grief if in a collision, but cannot the same thing be done to todays very computerised huge motor vehicles, which seemingly can drive at over 100mph in a country where 70mph is the maximum legal limit and where a driver is perfectly safe when hitting those squishy humans.
