Gloucestershire Constabulary has appealed for information after five electric bikes with a combined value of more than £30,000 were stolen from a shop in Nailsea.
All five e-bikes were expensive Riese and Müller models:
- A Supercharger GT Rohloff in Curry Matt
- Two Superdelite GT Rohloffs in Tundra Grey
- A Homage GT Rohloff in Pearl White
- A Charger3 GT Vario in Caribbean Blue Matt
The force said that officers were called to a bike shop off George Street at around 12.45am on Saturday May 21 after a window was smashed to gain entry.
The break-in is believed to have occurred at around 12.30am.
A police spokesperson said: “Enquiries are ongoing and anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area or vehicles going to or leaving the scene are asked to make contact with police.”
